Refund Policy for Perseverance LLC (DBA “GR Conference Hub”)
1. Full Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the room rental. To initiate a refund, customers must contact Perseverance LLC in writing to office@grconferencehub.com.
2. Partial Refund Policy
If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours but at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the room rental, customers are eligible for a 50% refund. The request must be submitted in writing to office@grconferencehub.com.
3. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the room rental. Customers are encouraged to review their schedules and make any necessary changes well in advance to avoid forfeiting their rental fees.
Additional Terms
- Room rentals start on the day booked and if time is not specified in the rental (ex. Half day), start at 8:00 AM.
- All refund requests must be accompanied by the original booking confirmation and any relevant identification details.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the cancellation request.
- Perseverance LLC reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the company’s official communication channels.
This return policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by Perseverance LLC (DBA “GR Conference Hub”). By booking a room, customers agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
