GR Conference Hub Terms of Use Rental Agreement
Parties: This Terms of Use Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Perseverance LLC Doing Business As GR Conference Hub (“Provider”) and the individual or entity reserving the space (“Renter”).
1. Rental Spaces and Terms
1.1 Conference Rooms
- Conference rooms are available for rent in half-day blocks.
- Half-day blocks are defined as either 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
1.2 Individual Rooms
- Individual rooms are available for rent on a full-day basis, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Reservation and Payment
- Rent for the selected space is due at the time of reservation.
- Payment must be made through the online reservation system provided by GR Conference Hub.
2.2 Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and any other methods specified on the reservation platform.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Renter
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reserved time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reserved time will be subject to the refund policy incorporated by reference here.
3.2 Cancellation by Provider
- GR Conference Hub reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the Renter.
4. Terms of Use
4.1 Operating Hours
- GR Conference Hub operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All rentals must adhere to these hours.
4.2 Use of Space
- The Renter agrees to use the rented space solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the space during the rental period.
- The Renter shall not make any alterations to the rented space or remove any property belonging to the Provider.
- Renter is responsible for ensuring that the space is left in a clean and orderly condition at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees at GR Conference Hub discretion.
4.3 Conduct
- The Renter and their guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other users of the facility. Provider reserves the right to terminate your use of the space without refund if you or your guests engage in disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe conduct.
5. Liability and Indemnification
5.1 Liability
- GR Conference Hub is not liable for any personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises during the rental period.
5.2 Indemnification
- The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter’s use of the space.
- The Renter agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the The Provider and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Renter’s use of the space, Renter’s breach of this Agreement, or the conduct of The Renter’s guests.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 Amendments
- This Agreement may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.
6.2 Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, County of Kent, in which GR Conference Hub is located.
6.3 Entire Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
This terms of use policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by Perseverance LLC (DBA “GR Conference Hub”). By booking a room, customers agree to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
